Delivery
FREE Standard Delivery:

We have chosen to offer FREE standard delivery, within 6 working days, with all orders weighing under 10kg for delivery to a UK mainland address. We will use our preferred couriers, Interlink Express & Business Post or The Royal Mail to deliver this service.
Our preferred couriers offer online tracking where you can monitor the progress of your delivery. We will notify you via email of which delivery supplier we have chosen to fulfil your order and the relevant tracking information.
Next day Delivery:

- We can usually dispatch an order available from stock to a UK mainland address for Next-Day* or Two-Day** Delivery at an additional charge.
- Orders with a value of upto £1500 £9.50
- Orders with a value greater than £1500 £14.50
*The order needs to be in stock at our Service Centre.
**The order can be instock at either of our two stores.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery for any order.
Heavy Items:
Any order weighing over 10kg will require a delivery quotation. We will contact you with the quotation which, if agreeable, can be paid over the telephone or online.
Offshore Delivery:
We can deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and The Scilly Isles at an additional charge of £19.50 usually within three days.
International Delivery:
We are happy to accept International Orders but regret that we are unable to accept online Credit Card Transactions due to increased security measures imposed by card issuers and our payment process. All International transactions will now be handled by Bank Transfer only.
We currently deliver within the European Union. Orders placed from outside this area will be cancelled and credited, (refunded).
Please email us with your requirements and we will be happy to quote you a total cost for the items including shipping and insurance for your order to be delivered within the EU.

Preparing your order:

We pride ourselves on safely wrapping and securely packaging every order. We have chosen to use recycled packing material where possible and ensure that every order we dispatch is sufficiently packaged for the delivery process.
We dispatch all orders via our Exeter Store where a good selection of our products is available. We operate two retail stores where, between the two, we aim to keep the full range of our products. If our Exeter Store is out of stock of an item we recall stock from Exmouth. This is an overnight procedure.
Dispatching your order:
Our Exeter Store is open Monday – Saturday, 9am – 5.30pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 11am - 4pm. Any order placed within this time frame will begin the delivery process. We will aim to pick stock the same day as your order is placed and if the stock is available from our Exeter Store we can dispatch the same day for delivery within the your chosen time frame. If you have ordered multiple items, we may choose to dispatch separately. If you have selected a chargeable delivery service, we will only apply one charge.
Weekends & Bank Holidays:
Please note that we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Weekends & Bank Holidays so orders placed during these times will not be picked & dispatched until the following working day.
Alternative Delivery Address:
If you have chosen an alternative delivery address to the cardholder address delivery may take a further working day. This additional time is required to finalise our security process and prevent fraud.
Stock Availability:
We aim to keep our information as up-to-date as possible. There are times, such as Weekends and Bank Holidays when inbound orders can exceed our stock holding.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you via email of our next expected delivery.
