Delivery
We aim to keep our 
information as up-to-date as possible. There are times when the office is unmanned and orders inbound will not account for stock selling through.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you via email. We will further inform you of expected delivery.
We can deliver orders to your work place but we need this faxing/ emailing to us on the company letterheaded paper to 01392 201714/ sales@devoncamera.co.uk with the order reference beginning W0 for our approval. The Billing address must be entered online as the delivery address for your order to be successful.
We currently only deliver within the European Union. Orders placed from outside this area will be cancelled and credited, (refunded).
When we use the courier Business Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery to deliver your order, we will require a signature.
Delivery Details
We have chosen Business Post as our courier for products delivered within Zone A and Zone B with a total value exceeding £40. We have a ten year history with Business Post who have grown to become one of the largest express delivery companies in the United Kingdom.
All goods travelling through the Business Post network travel in sealed cages. This mean they are handled less frequently, are less prone to damage and security is improved. As a result, Business Post has one of the best claims records in the express parcels industry.
Our delivery tariff is set according to the weight of the goods ordered and the postcode entered. We aim to ready your order requirements within 48 hours and despatch for a Two day delivery service, (48 hours), between Monday and Thursday (if the goods are available from stock).

Saturday delivery total cost £34.99.
Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly Add a further £5.99 to Zone A cost.
Attempted Deliveries
In the event that a delivery is attempted at the agreed time and there is no-one available to receive and sign for the consignment, Business Post will leave a card. That card will offer the consignee alternative means by which they may receive their delivery.
Every unsuccessful delivery to a business address will incur a charge of £3.99. This unsuccessful delivery charge does not apply to a residential address.
The consignment will be returned to Devon Camera Centre after five working days from the due date of delivery if further delivery instructions are not received.
