I have been a customer of your camera shop in Exmouth for many years albeit an infrequent one. Last week my Epson printer expired and I needed a replacement, I tried several shops in the area and elsewhere including John Lewis and after much price comparison and some value analysis decided to go for a Canon Pixma 4600 after talking to your Manager in Exmouth.
I collected the new printer the following day Weds 25th. The Manager said that if I needed help installing the software to give him a ring. After spending several hours trying to install the software I was unsuccessful and rang your Exmouth Store Manager who tried to talk me through the installation over the phone without avail. He said that after closing up the shop he would come up to my house and help me with the task. This he did, and spent some time putting me and my efforts to rights and completing the work.
I would like to thank you and your organisation and your Store Manager in particular for responding so well looking after a customers needs. I am sure that in these most difficult financial times the attitudes demonstrated by your Manger are exactly right. Price is not the only consideration in the evaluation of a product, there were, in my case, many cheaper printers offered, I settled on Devon Camera a local trader. Please pass on my thanks.

I just want to thank you for the excellent service you provided in

Wednesday night, I actually received it just after 9.30am today,
Friday, in apparently excellent condition. That was great service in
any circumstances but, given that we had heavy snow here yesterday, I

I am pleasantly surprised to have found that the grip was delivered on Saturday morning.
It is refreshing to note that in today's hectic camera sales environment that Devon Camera are a company that can be relied upon to "deliver the goods."

I ordered the canon bg e3 battery grip over the Christmas period, I just wanted to say thank you, not only was it the best price I've ever seen it at, but despite ordering during the holiday period the delivery time was excellent too.

I would like to thank you for your efficient fast service, I first ordered this item from lxdirect waited a month only to receive the wrong printer then to find it was out of stock. Amazon (out of stock) eBay (out of stock) then redstore.com (out of stock) empiredirect (out of stock) the list goes on I ordered this printer from 7 suppliers all saying in stock the very next day I kept receiving email saying there supplier cannot source this item as its discontinued, top marks to devoncamera at least someone can deliver what you order.

I would just like to thank you for the really great service that you provide. I called on Monday and asked if you had a particular flash in stock and it had to have the right serial number.
I was given a call yesterday by one of your colleagues and was told that it was in stock and that he had personally checked the serial number. I ordered it yesterday morning and it arrived this morning at 10.30
I am very impressed by this service and it beats other high street chains and online stores hands down. Knowledge of products and customer service are a high priority to me and I received both of those yesterday.
