I would just like to say a big thanks to the Staff at D,C,C for all the great help and service given to me over the past weeks, mths, years, i went into the shop on Sunday to get my NEW Nikon D7000, the shop had just sold out on saturday, I "could" have walked home with a new one from Jessops BUT as the Help and customer care given to me even when I am "just looking" I was happy to order it in store on Sunday for the new stock when it came in. i was given a call 9.10am Monaday morn to say new stock was in and being set up for dispatch to me i was emailed the traking number and it came just after midday tuesday, i think this i great and i WILL be back in store soon Jonathan very happy customer!! i would also like to add the (sorry dont know there names) the scot gent and the other gent (think may have been Roger) were very help full and i have spoken to them both over the past weeks and mths re me upgrading my DLSR and it was because of there servise i was happy to part with lots of my Cash in shop and not Amazon or Jessops Jonathan Green October 2012

A BIG thank you from Exwick Heights Primary School, Exeter for ordering that equipment for us. The Nikon D3100 DSLR takes lovely pictures effortlessly and we have used the Canon Legria HF G10 Camcorder to film our infant nativity, the picture quality is exceptional and the Manfrotto tripod a delight to use with its fluid action head. It was great that you were able to nearly match the Amazon prices I gave you and we will be happy to use you again for any purchases.

I wish to record my satisfaction with the above order. The parcel arrived as stated. Not being available to receive the camera, the alternative delivery instructions were clear to the Postman to leave with my Neighbour. I found the camera to be very well packed, with all accessories. Even the battery has sufficient charge to start-up! So will be looking forward to trying out the camera this week.
